This Is Not a Government Office or Records Custodian. Cupertino Residents Directory is privately operated. It cannot retrieve records, certify copies, confirm occupancy, or change an official roll. Those tasks belong to the custodian. For emergencies, dial 911. If you believe you are being stalked or harassed, contact local police.
Where to Send a Record Request
The right starting point depends on the record. For a Cupertino city file, contact the City Clerk; county deeds, vital records, and court material have separate custodians.
- Who owns or lives along a street: see the Cupertino street directory
- Old directory volumes and past residents: see the Cupertino city directory collections
- Finding or verifying one person: see the Cupertino resident lookup walkthrough
- The offices behind the rolls: see Cupertino resident records offices
- Records not available online: use the California Public Records Act, or CPRA, with the custodian named for that record
